Miss Sudhasinee Smitra, Executive Director of Investment Strategy and Policy Division and Acting Senior Executive Investment Advisor (Policy and Planning Analyst Plan and Policy Analyst, Level), Thailand Board of Investment (BOI)
Started serving the BOI as an Investment Promotion officer since 2001. She had held the important position including Counsellor (Economic and Investment), Royal Thai Embassy, Tokyo (between 2011-2015), Senior Investment Promotion Officer of Investment Strategy and Policy Division (between 2016-2019), Executive Director, Investment Strategy and Policy Division (between 2019 - present), and was appointed as Acting Senior Executive Investment Advisor (Policy and Planning Analyst, Level) in January 2024.
Miss Sudhasinee Smitra was a Thai Government Scholarship Student (between 1995-2004). She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Department of Industrial Chemistry, School of Engineering and Master’s Degree in Engineering, Department of Synthetic Chemistry and Biological Chemistry, Graduate School of Engineering, both from Kyoto University, Japan. She also obtained a master's degree in Business (Marketing) from the University of Technology, Sydney, Australia, and a master's degree in Management (Marketing Management) from the College of Management, Mahidol University. She was also awarded the Outstanding Civil Servant of the Year in 2004.
