Report on compliance with ISO conditions
Promoted companies are required to report project progress and annual performance results to the BOI as follows:
• Annual performance report
• Project progress report
• Report on compliance with special conditions or special measures
Report on compliance with ISO conditions
Projects with an investment size of 10 million baht or more (excluding costs of land and working capital) must obtain a quality system certification in accordance with ISO 9000, ISO 14000, or other equivalent international standards within two years from the date of commencement of operations.
If the ISO certification cannot be obtained within the specified time frame, the one-year corporate income tax exemption privilege will be revoked.
