General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), led officials of the BOI Industrial Linkage Development
Division on a visit to Mercedes-Benz Manufacturing (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Thonburi Energy Storage Manufacturing Co.,
Ltd. facilities in Samutprakarn Province where they were
welcomed by Mr Axel Bense, the CEO of Mercedes-Benz
Manufacturing (Thailand). They observed the car and battery
assembly lines and discussed subcontracting opportunities for electric vehicle
components in Thailand.
