Investment Promotion Measure in Areas as Science and Technology Parks

Science and Technology Zone

o Science and Technology Park: Pathum Thani, Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, Songkhla

o Space Krenovation Park (SKP): Chon Buri

o 13 Food Innopolis locations nationwide

o Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)

o Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR)

o Medical Innovation District by the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) (NIA)

Criteria	Incentives
o Projects must operate in eligible activities as specified in the relevant BOI announcements.	o 2-year corporate income tax (CIT) exemption with no cap, or an additional 50% CIT reduction for 5 years after the exemption period expires
