October 1, 2020 - Thailand’s Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha chaired a meeting about the progress of the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC) project with 16 leaders of large companies investing in the EEC area, and representatives of several government agencies, including the Board of Investment. Ms. Duangjai Asawachintachit, Secretary General of the BOI and Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Deputy Secretary General of the BOI took part to the meeting and the exchange of views with the investors. The meeting was held at the Customs Office of Laem Chabang Port, in Chonburi Province.
