11 July 2023 - Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment, attended the “BYD Sourcing Day” jointly organized by the BOI, BYD Auto (Thailand) and WHA Corporation, at the Convention Hall, Pattana Sports Resort, Chonburi. The business matching event was held to help nurture the establishment of a supply chain for the electric vehicle (EV) industry in Thailand and to connect BYD, the world’s leading EV manufacturer with the Thai parts manufacturers and service providers, involved in the EV supply chain, such as Summit Electronic Components Co.,Ltd., Thai Summit Harness PCL, SVI Public Company Limited, KCE Electronics Public Company Limited, Sammitr Tech Co.,Ltd., as well as foreign companies with parts production bases in Thailand such as Robert Bosch Limited, BorgWarner (Thailand) Limited, Mektec Manufacturing Corporation.
