15 November 2024 - Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the BOI, addressed at The Standard Economic Forum 2024 under the theme “A Brave New World,” presenting the topic “Boosting Investments, Bolstering Growth: BOI’s Strategic Blueprint.” He emphasized Thailand’s impressive investment growth and its emerging role as a global production hub in key sectors such as electric vehicles, semiconductors, digital industries, and international business centers. His focus centered on driving sustainable economic transformation and job creation through five strategic industries: Electric Vehicles, Semiconductors & Smart Electronics, Bio-based & Green Industry, Creative & Digital Industry, and International Business Centers.
