Thailand Showcases Investment Potential in South Korea
25-26 August 2024, Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the BOI, led a delegation of public and private sector representatives to Seoul, South Korea, for an investment promotion roadshow. The event highlighted Thailand’s readiness and potential as the ASEAN investment hub, and the new government’s commitment to ongoing investment policies. The "Thailand-Korea Investment Forum", hosted by the BOI at The Shilla Seoul, attracted participants from over 160 Korean companies from industries including automotive, electronics, digital, medical, biotechnology, and clean energy.
