14 September 2022 - Ms. Sonklin Ploymee, Deputy Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) led a BOI delegation to attend the opening ceremony of the 54th ASEAN Economic Ministers Meeting in Siem Reap, Cambodia. Samdech Akka Maha Sena Padi Techo Hun Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia presided over the ceremony. In the afternoon, Ms. Sonklin Ploymee attended the 25th ASEAN Economic Ministers and ASEAN Investment Area Council Meeting as the representative of Thailand, that discussed and reviewed the implementation of the ASEAN Comprehensive Investment Agreement (ACIA).
