H.E. Mrs. Sibille de Cartier d'Yves, Belgium Ambassador to Thailand, and Mrs. Sirilak Niyom, Minister and Deputy Head of Mission of Thailand to the European Union (Chargé d’affaires), gave opening remarks. Speakers included BOI Deputy Secretary General Ms. Sonklin Ploymee, BOI Frankfurt Office Director Sanlaya Aksharamat, The Federation of Thai Industries Vice Chairman Vathit Chokwatana, and The Belgian-Luxembourg/Thai Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Philip Coates.
