3 July 2019 - Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) Office in Guangzhou, China, in cooperation with the Bureau of Commerce of Dongguan City, organized a seminar on the topic of "Thailand Investment Opportunity." The event started with opening speeches by the Deputy Director of the Bureau of Commerce of Dongguan City, and the Consul General of Thailand in Guangzhou. Then, Mr. Apipong Khunakornbodintr, Director of BOI Office in Guangzhou, gave a lecture on Thailand's investment promotion policy, the special measures announced to promote investment in the Eastern Economic Corridor area (EEC) and the Smart Visa policy. About 70 business operators from Dongguan City attended the event, held at the Wanda Vista Dongguan Hotel.
