- Mr. Somkid Jatusripitak, Deputy Prime Minister and high-level executives from
Thailand has a dinner meeting with members of Kansai Economic Federation and
Osaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry to exchange opinions and discuss future
collaboration. The group also visited Wakayama and met with Mr. Yoshinobu
Nisaka, the governor of Wakayama Prefecture and dropped by Sowakajuen Company
to learn about orange processing using ICT and IoT and visited Kuroe, a town
famous for lacquerware production with over 400-year history dated back to the
Edo period as well as its success in building a strong local community.
