8 March 2023 – The Thailand Board of Investment (BOI) and the Thailand Development Research Institute (TDRI) organized a webinar on the topic "Towards the New Economy: Supporting Thai Entrepreneurs with New Investment Promotion Policies." Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the BOI gave the opening speech about the new 5-year investment promotion strategy (2023-2027), the BOI’s expanded role to support the Thai Investors, and the measures to promote investment and capacity building by local SMEs. Other speaker at the event included TDRI President Somkiat Tangkitvanich, Federation of Thai Industries Chairman Kriengkrai Thiennukul, and Thai Chamber of Commerce Chairman Sanan Angubolkul.
