29 March 2021 - Ms. Duangjai Asawachintachit, Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), H.E. Mr. NASHIDA Kazuya, Ambassador of Japan, and Dr. Narong Sirilertworakul, President of the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), attended the opening ceremony of Spiber (Thailand) Co., Ltd.’s factory. The company was granted BOI promotion to produce bio-protein through microbial fermentation, an innovation based on advanced biotechnology. Other senior BOI officials, including Ms. Sonklin Ploymee, Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Suthiket Thatpitak-Kul, Director of the Investment Promotion Division 1, also joined the event.
