25 April 2024 - Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), gave a speech at the "Go Green 2024: The Ambition of Thailand" seminar organized by Krungthep Turakij newspaper at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel in Bangkok. The event, aimed to raise awareness about the impact of climate change on Thailand's economy, attracted over 150 participants from government, private sector, and media. The Secretary General highlighted the BOI's role in Thailand's strategy to attract green investments across industries like transportation and energy. He also emphasized the necessity for collaborative efforts to effectively address the challenges from climate change.
