9 January 2019 – Deputy Prime Minister
Dr. Somkid Jatusripitak met with the executives of the Board of Investment
(BOI) led by Secretary General Duangjai Asawachintachit and
shared 2019 investment promotion policies.

Jatusripitak said after a meeting with the Board of Investment (BOI) on
investment promotion policies in 2019 that last year BOI received 1,626 investment
project application with a total investment value of 901,770 million baht. The
number of project applications increased by 3 percent while the total value of investment
project application significantly increased by 43 percent.
