The Thailand Board of Investment is currently promoting foreign investment, especially by Australian companies looking to expand their business into S.E Asia, with a combined domestic market of over 600 million people.
Toowoomba and Surat Basin Enterprise (TSBE) and The Thailand
Board of Investment (BOI) are working together to outline potential
opportunities for Queensland companies in the ASEAN region.
BOI is currently promoting foreign investment by Australian
companies looking to expand their businesses into South East Asia.
TSBE wishes to inform its members of the opportunities in the
region.
South East Asia has a combined domestic market of over 600
million people and has become the single market of the ASEAN Economic Community
in early 2016.
Thailand is ideally
located as a leading economy in the region and gateway into China, India,
Myanmar (Burma), Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia and Singapore.
